NutriSnap subscription includes monthly and yearly options. After registration for any subscription, no refunds will be issued. Similarly, free access that may be granted through special arrangements or partnerships with third parties cannot be paused or reinstated if any subscription plan is canceled or downgraded before the initial access period has ended.
Furthermore, NutriSnap does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This applies to monthly subscribers.
Similarly, it is your responsibility to evaluate NutriSnap, including its features, before selecting any Paid Plan. NutriSnap will not issue refunds to customers based on their misunderstanding of the full terms of service agreements.
Subscription Fees
NutriSnap clients shall pay all subscription fees and hereby authorize NutriSnap (and its payment processors) to debit the client’s bank account or charge the client’s credit card. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically after the term.
Monthly Plan: By purchasing the Monthly Plan, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: Once you subscribe, NutriSnap will automatically process your monthly subscription fee. NutriSnap will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate until you cancel your subscription.
The chosen plan service is billed in advance every month and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. NutriSnap does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. To treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

NutriSnap is committed to the success of our customers, but through experience, we have found that users have varying requirements, capabilities, and limitations concerning personal use and preferences, the speed of their internet connection, etc. These issues will certainly impact a customer’s ability to use NutriSnap as intended.
NutriSnap offers a Month-to-Month Subscription Plan, which allows customers to upgrade and cancel at any time without penalty. We recommend this option for most customers, especially those who do not have full certainty or control over their environment and personal requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the client cancels their subscription. The client may cancel their subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the monthly billing period.
